I think not going for make too many blog. make on word press and blog spot etc.

Blog posting are one of the best way to get free one way quality links but posting same content on each blog will not work for you. So, write unique content for each blog so it work for your website in right way.

you need to search such blog comment websites in google.
try these keywords, just copy and paste them in google :-

"login or register to post comment" keyword

Are you referring create your own blog? Blogspot and Wordpress are the most commonly used.
