is google +1 is effective for your better ranking in google?
as not seen many sites still not update +1 on there site

Well +1 is as similar as the facebook "like" or Twitter's "tweet" button. It's an effective tool as well as other social sites however still it doesn't get as much market as other social sites.

Day by Day it increase the ranking, i think you should do a working on +1.
