basicly.. link from web has PR better than dont have PR or PR 0.
but who knows how many link for get PR...
it's only google can decides that....

There is no limitation for making back link. Remember one thing "quality is more important than quantity". You should make quality back link. and make sure that your post are not be spam.
So be careful before making back link.BLAM Ads makes me over $7,000 a month, read my comment here!
