    Default how .edu links helps to our websites ?

    I heard about .edu backlinks are more helpful to improve SERP is it true ? share your exp about this friends ?

    Google treats all links the same. It doesn’t matter whether links come from .edu or .gov, what matters is how reputable the link is. A link is given weight by Google only if it comes from an authority website.

    .Edu links are very much reputed to Google. because these sites are popular and have a huge number of targeted visitors. so the links from these sites are also reputed. and these helps to get rank.

    .edu sites are considered as authorative sites by Google. Since the information from other sites may not be considered as trusted resources. However, content in the .edu sites are considered as trusted content. Hence, the backlink from the .edu sites are considered to have high previallage in SEO.

    Because .edu site links are considered as reputed links so if your site have links from .edu site so Google gives you the priority.

    I think .edu links have more priority in search engine.The .edu links are classed as a authority links and add more juice to your link building efforts.Second thing if your website content and detail are all about education then .edu link will be helpful for your site promotion very fastly.

    first thing is ,.edu sites are reputed & informative sites.so, if you get backlink from that sites then you will get link as well as trust for your site.& your site will be treated as informative & reputed from search engine point of view.

    Search engine give value to the links on the basic of their quality. Search engine loves quality back-links. So, i can tell you that it doesn't matter your links are .edu or .org rather quality back-link. So you should go only for quality back-link.

    .edu sites cover the informative site that is either dealing in education or containing info about something..
    These sites are considered to be good sites by search engines, so it is preferred to have a backlink to your site..

    i wont say i disagree with the point the Google does gives more preference to backlinks from edu.gov sites as such sites are both informative and reputed
