Thread: Why My PR dropped?

Hi There,

Today I realized my PR dropped from 5 to 4. when I compare my activities during last 4 month, I see I have added more valuable ( Quantity and Quality ), but my score dropped! what the reasons could be?

Don't think much about PR.. It never affect the rankings. PR was to have a lot of importance in past but now unique content and proper backlinks are important.

First of all you check your whole website.Your site content must be unique and relevant.Second thing Your site information are very informative.When visitor visit your site and they look your site, they are sure about website.They think this website have really some good information then second time more and more visitor are visit your site.After sometimes google crawl your website and ranking to your website.If your site have quality backlink its definitely increase your website pagerank.

PR may decreased due to search engine updates, and lack of quality backlinks. So Get Quality Backlinks.

Wow.. it’s been a while not writing on this blog since Google kicked this blog PR to ZERO.
But, I want to write this so others can learn from my mistakes.
Well, I bought this domain for making money online by blogging. As we known, Google PR is very important if you’re doing review business.

i think you should have to create some more backlinks and update some unique content to your site on daily basis..

Try your SEO activities and update your website content and meta on regular basis, other your page rank could be 0 in future.

Not only quality and quantity effect your PR
Informative article, unique content and forum posting might be increase your PR!

i think waiting for a few weeks is better. because the PR update take permanent action after a few weeks.before that it just dances

Basically site's PR depends on whole pages of your site. So making some new pages with quality posts doesn't help to increase or keep unchanged your site's PR. You have to think about the contents of your whole site - both new and old posts.

I think your PR will be unchanged if you follow what I have told.

because your exchanger link drop your link or your backlink not good or more reason

Focus on quality link building and quality content. Also try not to increase OBL.

Firstly,you should check whether your backlinks are placed in a low quality page with spammy content,or some links are broken and don't work any more.If there is no problem,I think you may not update the page content regularly.Because of the new google panada update, Google cares more about the fresh and original content,not only the links.Try to write more quality content on your site to get your site more user friendly. thus, i think you will get the high pr soon.
