Can anyone guarantee a 1st place ranking?
Its not so easy to guarantee about 1st place.

I think no one can guarantee the 1st rank in the SERP of the search engines, as we can only use the different techniques to get the better result but the result of bringing the website on the top rank is completely depend upon the algorithm uses by the search engines....

Pretty impossible to guarantee the 1st place. Well it totally depends on your site quality and of course the efforts you pay to improve your site ranking.

i think Google it self cant give guarantee than who else can as it all depends on algorithm no one is maintaining it manually

I think no can guarantee a 1st place ranking because its all depend on your keyword and it's competition on web... If your keyword competition is low then you can get 1st place ranking in SERP. We can do only our best efforts to get good results in SERP but not guaranteed..
