(Practical Problem)

One of my keyword positions is coming 4th on google and 100 on bing; and 67 on bing.
But my boss wants to get higher position in bing as well as yahoo.

Could you please advise how do we get better rank in bing and yahoo.

Bing or yahoo ranking basically depends onpage factors, you should do proper onpage optimization like
1. Meta Tag optimization
2. Image optimization
3. Hyperlink optimization
4. Robot.txt and sitemap.xml

Though there are no different techniques of improving rankings in Yahoo! but there are a few websites which can bring you in search engine’s eyes. Apart from routine optimization techniques, you can try with these techniques,
- Submission on Yahoo! search engine

- Yahoo answers

Do yahoo and bing competitor backlink analysis and promote in that sites.

Just do the same things that you do for Google since you're 4th in the ranking it will also work in Yahoo and bing.

Try to get backlinks from that site which relevant to your blog or webiste.

I think there's no big difference on Google's algorithm. Although not all factors are the same... the big factors are still the backlinks and contents.

Yahoo is still one of a meta based search engine pattern. If your site has enough keywords in content, description and meta details your site can rank well in Yahoo.
