Is Changing Content Bad For SEO?
Pretty much what the title says.
I changed my homepage content, and my posts' title and content as well. Will this affect my SEO negatively?

Content is not bad, Its a myth.
If you update your website with good keywords, relevant content then its good for website.
Content must be
- Relevant to website theme / products
- Relevant to categories
- Copyscape verified
- Genuine Content, No errors.
Update your website because every search engine love to new content.

if your changing contents are better than your previous one then it is good for your site. you must properly utilize your keywords on your contents.
