PR means page rank which displays the rank of your site on search engine.
Very strange that you've signature link for getting backlinks and traffic but but you don't know what's PR!!!

Page Rank also shortened as PR, it shows the popularity or the grade that is provided to your site by Google. According to one of Matt Cutt's video he says there are several lavels of PR and on which a level is assigned to a site in Google integrating several factors and it is for easy readability of the human it is leveled till 10.

The lowest Pr is 0 and the highest is 10. Sites of the greatest authority and trust such as government and media sites such as the Whitehouse and the BBC have PR near the 10 mark. It also means if you can get a backlink(s) from a webpage with a high PR, you can expect to see improvements in your SERP positions.

By the way, PR in one of more than 200 factors to affect keywords ranking. As for how to get high PR, hard work persistently with right ways such as writing valuable content for user and get top quality from high PR site.

Its very simple task. Page rank is only the rank of your site.Otherwise it can say position of your site on search engine. When anybody search your site or keyword search related to your site then it comes up first. If your site page rank is low then may be it will not showed at first page.
