No.. Blog comments do a lot of good things for your blog. A Blog is not worthy unless it has valuable comments. Blog comments make your blog more interactive and social by allowing readers to join in the conversation. Blog comments will be helpful to drive more traffic and good ranking

If you do 100 comments/day might be seen as a spammy site, that's for sure.

commenting on related blogs is a very commonly used SEO technique, thats not black hat.

however some people use tools to make comments in the form of automated comments or pingbacks. thats spamming.

I would not consider it a good technique. Some of the reasons stated below:

1. Most of the bloggers spam other blogs with some 2 word comments.
2. Most of the big blogs would have NO-FOLLOW attrib to the link in the comment.
3. All traffic you can expect is the people that would actually click on link of your name on the blog when you comment.

It is not a black hat SEO. Try to post a related comment otherwise your post or comment consider as a spam post

Blog commenting not a black hat seo technique. It is a very useful for generate back links for your site if you comment on those do follow blogs that's related to your niche.

Blog commenting is really good in getting more traffic for the site as well as its also good in terms of rankings.

Just you need to check yourself that your post will have some value instead of spamming your keywords only.

How you can say it's not for black hat SEO blog. it's just link forum way. it's just part of black hat SEO. if you will discuss on such related same topic then will right way of discussing otherwise it will gone to spamming.

No not at all, commenting on blogs is a very useful SEO tool, but you've to be relevant, concise, and its better to share your opinion rather than thanking everyone, do not repeat your comments to every thread.

no. not at all.do blog commenting on the do follow blog give backlink to your site.

using tools to make comments in the form of automated comments or ping backs is spamming, but adding valuable comment to an ongoing discussion is a good way of gaining awareness among other bloggers and if the blog does not use the nofollow attribute on their links then additional backlink benefit.
