Link Bait : Link bait is the latest buzz word in the SEO world and has come to be the preferred way to natural link building. Link bait is content on your site to which other sites link.
Link farm : Link farms are sites that link to other with the sole intent of boosting link popularity. Because Google dislikes links between unrelated content some Link Farms have divided their links into categories.
Gray hat SEO : Gray Hat SEO is an SEO practice that's risky then White Hat SEO, but one that may or may not result in your site being banned from search engines and their affiliate sites. Generally, Gray Hat SEO practices belong in neither the Black Hat nor White Hat category because the terms of service regarding the issue are unclear.
Blue hat SEO : Blue Hat SEO is essentially the study of advanced Internet marketing and search engine optimization techniques. Blue Hat SEO covers the advance knowledge of both Black Hat and White Hat SEO.
I Suggest you that search in google you will find all information in details regarding SEO Hats.Top Real Estate Property Portal - www.infradoctor.com

Link Baiting could be considered a black hat technique which is why most people wouldn’t consider it as a legitimate organic tactic.
Link Baiting is just like fishing. You publish a new page on a topic (I’ll cover those later) and set it free on the web. Hopefully others pick up on the content as fresh and interesting and link to it. The article is the bait, and the link is the catch.online casino | power inverters | submit website for review

Link baiting is a unique and popular way of achieving traffic for your blog. It simply refers to creating a "strategic content" that is designed to attract readers. In cloaking webmasters deliver one page to search engines for indexing while serving an entirely different page to everyone else.
Link farming: Buying into link farms, sites with no other intention than to increase your links unnaturally.
Gray hat SEO includes things like publishing duplicate content. Multiple, otherwise white hat, sites that have the same content. Gray hat SEO also includes mild artificial linking schemes. For instance, gray hat linking schemes may get your links devalued, whereas black hat linking schemes could get your site banned.

Linkbait is essentially a piece of content placed on a web page - whether it's an article, blog post, picture, or any other section of cyberspace - that is designed for the specific intention of gathering links from as many different sources as possible.
With the rise of the blogosphere, meritocracy and social bookmarking sites, all it takes is one interesting page on a site, someone to notice the page, and a few people to share the link - and before you know it, you've accrued a large number of links across a wide variety of sites.

It means to create something that naturally attract backlinks for your web page by getting people to talk about it, discussing it on forums, blogging about i, posting it on del.icio.us/Furl/Digg/Shoutwire and linking to it from their sites. It also attracts a lot of visitors.

Link bait is content on your site to which other sites link because they want to, not because you ask them to. Traditionally, links are hard to get, requiring you to sacrifice your first born child (and at least link back, which nullifies their value in some search engines.) But with link bait, you "bait" your content and sit back and wait. Of course, you can be a little proactive and get a viral story going, too..

Pick the niche(category of website such as business or marketing) which you plan on setting up a web presence in. This is the most important step and when you choose a niche make sure that you are very passionate about the subject. The process of link bait is a continual process and should not be done only once. After your first successful creation try your hand once more and see if you can create more and more content which carries its own weight in terms of marketing and links.
