Forum posting technique:
When building links through forums, it is always best to post at forums that are related to your site as it can be a good source of both traffic and link juice. My steps for forum posting includes the following steps:
- Search for forums that are related to my website.
- Analyze forum if it receives good traffic and if it gets visited by bots. No link is visible until the page it is on is visited by bots.
- Read and understand the rules and regulation of the forum.
- Register profile.
- Participate with the aims of interaction and not dropping links. one of the reasons why it is best to search for related forums is that you can also place your link in your post once it is going to be helpful or if it can be suggested to the user as reference.
- Build good friendship with members and maintain a good reputation.
Reputation on forum can also help in deciding whether a site is worth using or not. Lets take this forum for example. I have seen a lot of members who are advertising their SEO sites but in terms of being here, their reputation stinks, do you really think that a potential client will use a member's services if he stinks in this community? I think not so be very careful with your identity on the internet as it can make or break a sale for your services or products.

Forums in general are a place to share knowledge. That should be the first goal. Getting backlink comes next, IMO.
I experienced great results marketing with forums. However reputation is a key factor even in marketing with forums. People watch other members with more green bars, then the ones with less.Free Classified Ads & BUSINESS/PROFESSIONAL SOCIAL NETWORK

another SEO tip...
The internet can be a very powerful tool in getting resources but at some point, there are uncertainty to the validity of the results of our search. Let's take the venture to learning more about SEO using search engines. there has been tons of techniques and stories and tips and advices that can be found on blogs, forums and other resource and I have to say that I would agree with some of the techniques advised. Now my advice would be that whenever or if ever you are a new SEO, you shouldn't always search for short cuts or easy ways to achieve success with SEO, you can always take time to test the techniques and see on how such steps are really helping your site up. Don't be scared to test the techniques or to take time to research more about them or to ask people if such technique really work. This is one of the best ways you can do to determine the best strategy for your websites.

I believe that relevancy is not always the first thing to look after when registering to forums, and I'll give you an example:
While I promote web design services, there are also a lot of other mates doing this on webmaster forums. However, this service can be promoted on any big forum available while, let's be serious, any business needs a website. I mean, if I register to a constructions forum could be a good place to get some clients for these services, right?
Am I getting this right?

Forums are definitely very great, not only are they like learning sessions and tutorials over the net, but also they are very great and warm. A lot of things could be learned and gained by participating in the topics and discussions and link building could also be done. Webmaster forums are really like cool inventions over the net since people from all corners of the globe could get in touch with each other and talk about businesses.

To summarize, I can say about forums is that you are achieving more than one goal when you are posting and participating actively in forum topics. First, and what you should prioritize more in joining forums, is to learn and to gather important facts, ideas, and suggestions. Be active in expressing your thoughts and suggestions, because one great way of learning is by sharing your knowledge to other members in the forum.
Second comes your back links, which can be placed through your signature. And if you are highly reputed as a quality poster and already posted a considerable number of replies and threads, your links will be wide-spread throughout the forums (especially if you are participating in more than one sub-forum). Thus, you can gain both link juice and potential traffic from other members as well.Online Casino - Play casino games such as slots and keno on the best casino websites.

I know a lot of people just use forums to try to build links for themselves but for me it is a chance to learn something extra. There is a lot of bad information out there in cyberspace - well maybe bad is too harse a term. When you read posts and replies (yes there are spammy ones written in poor English) and you filter out what you believe to be rubbish there are often grains of truth and great tips hidden within. Not all posts but if you work on the theory of not believeing everything...you won't go far wrong. That is my take anyway.
