White hat SEO is not just about following guidelines, but is about ensuring that the content a search engine indexes and subsequently ranks is the same content a user will see. Black hat SEO attempts to improve rankings in ways that are disapproved of by the search engines, or involve deception. One black hat technique uses text that is hidden, either as text colored similar to the background. Invisible iframes is yet another black hat SEO technique, where a page you see is not necessarily from the company that is hosting that webpage. People create these types of pages in order to download software on your computer in the background without your knowledge.

White Hat SEO is very good for your site. it increase your site performance and give good and stable result.

The black hat mentality isn’t just about getting good SERP ranking. It is about doing whatever you can to drive revenue via your website. That could mean getting temporary rankings in Google. If your site is found to have black hat SEO, it will be severely penalized by if not completely removed from SERP of major search engines. whereas white hat techniques end up in the form of a lot of traffic and higher profits take anywhere from 3 months to a year. Eventhough it takes some time to accomplish, we can able to get the stable result through white hat techniques.

Black hat techniques only work for short term and are most likely to get your site penalized.

I think there is no such thing as bad publicity at all. I come from a car sales background and when the company I worked for was prosecuted for underhand sales techniques we did more sales the next week than we had ever done. It was on the front page of the local newspapers and there was a small clip on a news report on local television showing the owner coming out of court. A simple white hat technique is the posative way to promote your website, on the other hand Black hat seo technique is un formal way to promote your website.
