How long its been. In some cases it could be month.
Usually if you submit your pages to high traffic sites that help. For example digg submission etc. Try that one.

One way of getting indexed quicker is to get a couple of links form high PR sites. If you have 2 links from sites with PR7 you can get indexed straight away. The lower the pagerank the more links you need. Submit your site to at least 2 other big social bookmarks like digg and technorati.

I also can't understand Google's mechanism. I have two blogs and I post on them simultaneously but the first one is indexed very quickly (in one week) but from the other one only one post has been indexed.

How much has it been since you started your site?
Using forum signature and submitting in digg and other social bookmarking sites will help you.

It is better to get more backlinks for that URL, so, you will be indexed sooner.

In other words, digg it, mixx it, blog it (submit to digg.com, mix.com & blogger.com)

If you want your page to be indexed quickly with in no time, try backlinking your that page on that web page that is having the higher visits on the daily basis. It would help your page to be indexed with in no time since the crawling time for that page would be less and the more chance you have to get indexed quickly.
Put your demands to God, will give you what you want to have.

Link building - it you want your sub-pages get listed in search engines then deep linking helps.
