Genuine linkbuilding means you should not consider the quantity only.

Try to grab 10 good quality high pr backlink and they will able to provide much better result rather than 100 poor irrelevant links. you should not try to buy links till date it is very much important.

We should always consider relevant links in building link popularity for our site.
