Exactly but getting this type of link does not help you very much you need to get links from high PR relevant sites.

ya i definitely agree with what Anthony has said.You should get links from high PR relevant sites because it is going to help you a lot...

Just be sure that each one of your link contains the keyword that you want to rank high in the SERPS.. Do a regular backling to a site that you want to rank high in search engines..

I personally go around forums sharing my links which helps me out.

beside these things also do article submission, blog comments, directory submission and forum posting.

I think one mehod you are using right now as dropping links in this fourm and that can also develop your links but need to put your targeted keywords in links so they can rank well.

More techniques for making the backings. you can do article posting, and do link exchange from quality links.
