I thinks You should Social bookmarking, Blog Commenting Then Forum Posting, Blog Creation, submission, and RSS this is Way Develop your link.

you can take backlink from high pr relevant sites by exchanging them other webmaster, commenting on blogs and article backlinks will also help you.

Post on forums, blog commenting, and article submission. The harder you work, the better the results.

If you mean by that post is how can you get more back link and traffic then my opinion is that you have to make more back link by submitting social bookmarking, forum posting, directory submission and blog commenting etc.

Yaa I agree with the master mind's answer and other's answer also here that you should make more and more post here for the signature links which will give you a backlink.You can do the other thinks also i.e. article submission, blog posting and commenting, social bookmarking etc..
