    Say, I have a PR4+ site, So If I get backlinks from PR0, PR1,PR2,PR3 domains, will these be a minus point to my PR? Any advice pls?
    (Say I am getting from bookmarking or story submission sites)

    First of all your PR4 is pretty nice and getting backlinks from PR0, PR1,PR2,PR3 domains will not be a problem at all.

    It won't be a minus point but won't make so much difference either. Concentrate on PR 3 upwards!

    No!! but need to collect back links with relevancy don't go for PR if you got relevancy + PR that 100% effective back link it's my view....

    If you will take link on PR0, PR1,PR2,PR3 domains. These link will not affect your website page rank.. your website serp ranking increase in search engine if you make quality back links for your website..
