I agree to your point. We are called SEO specialists not Google Optimizer that's why we should consider ranking in all search engines. But we can't isolate the fact that we are giving more priorities on google because like what you've said, google is the most dominant of all search engines. What I'm trying to say here is that do the right way to rank in google and give your best shot to rank on other search engines.
