If that version of vbulletin isn't nulled then why don't you use the latest version of vbulletin? It's much better.

The design is good, doesn't hurt my eyes and the forum is organized. And you really seem to cover a lot of topics which can be a good and a bad thing in the same time.

You have 314 members and counting so if you keep up the good work I think it could go well for your community.

According to admin new version have some bugs as soon as they removed he will upgrade his forum to the latest version
for many covering huge area i would say " Hard Work Is The Key To Success"
