I am expecting your feedback for my website - www(dot)cbil360(dot)com wanted to know about its design, content, navigation, Is it ready for business, advancement I need to do, End user experience(what can be done to make it more user friendly). However I am going to re struct this website. I need your valuable feedback.

I like the feel but way to crowded for my taste. it took me 10 seconds to just figure out what you do...you have 5-7 seconds to capture a web surfers attention or they are gone.

Simple is better so maybe clean it up a bit and you will be good..off to a great start though.

Agree with Rjd1265, the first impression is really good, almost everything looks well structured, except of the submenu. The main idea of submenu has a potencial, but in general it looks cluttered. Other than that I like your site a lot.
