I have developed a website Pettycashbook for managing money in hand for an organization. This website would be very much useful for small organization who wants to manage their daily accounts. Please try this free service and give me your valuable feedbacks.

What about the privacy of financial records of the individual companies? What in case if you plan to shut down your website? How will get our all the data back? Is there any guarantee that our records won't be sold to rival companies? Please clarify.

It is a pretty nice site, however the design looks a little bit outdated.

This is a good point. The site design also looks a bit old fashioned and not really professional.

You may also want to edit your .htaccess file add in the www redirect, as leaving it this way will possibly confuse Google thinking that it's a duplicate site and can hurt your ranking and even get you deindexed
