I checked you website and find that most of footer links are other website and also one header link is also another website. and as per my experience and knowledge this is wrong.
you also redirect your domain in www. form and make all the website internal pages links with www. and also adding html site map in website.

how many external links i can put in footer? Thanks for the advice, I removed the link in the header
