I agree with this that if the blog is related to fashion then template should be something different and this one is very simple. Otherwise everything is good on blog.

you design is ok but its fashion blog and it demands more... . you can put a slide show or simply can just put some photographs, so it will be able to grab the attention of visitors otherwise i dont think visitors will stay to your blog after checking your home page. home page is the key it must be attractive your conent is good ans placement of social plugins and adds is beautiful..put some pictures so you can get more.

Its a blog that has not been updated for the last 6 months. There were only 2 posts in the whole of last year.
Too many ads and the design is nothing special.
Try buying your own website name rather than using .blogspot then try again. You have good ideas and can produce much better.
