Agreed, WordPress because of the plugins and also because it is user-friendly and creates ascetically pleasing layouts.

PHP is not CMS or Content Management Sysstme. Hence, my vote is for WordPress!.

yup, like nazar said php is not a CMS. it is a language and it is used to built a CMS. Wordpress is a CMS built using PHP language. Yeah, I would go for wordpress too. Go get it.

Yupes, PHP Is also Best content management system in open source. AS same as wordpress is also good cms system to integrate website or blog.
