Default Microsoft's Bing is gaining on Google

Yet, there is hope for Microsoft. Bing is now officially in control of 11.5 per cent of the search engine market. Google is not unduly worried because Bing is gaining at the expense of Yahoo! Search. At the same time, Google increased its market share by one-tenth of a per cent to 65.5 per cent.

may be when MS able to catch Google on traditional search market, the trend might shift to something new.

it might have been a better idea to come up with something revolutionary, if they can.

It will take more time for bing to compete with Google. Although I like some new feature of Bing, but overall google is best.

yes of course Bing! is getting popularity but it is far more backward than Google. and most of the internet users who use internet just to check mail, office purpose, search for data and simple things online, they only use Google. and there are huge no of this type of people. so i think motivating these people is so much tough and defeating Google is quite impossible in the next 50 years.

Google is loading their search pages up with so many features that it is starting to get annoying.

Bing has a long way to go, but they might catch up. Google is still the 800 pound gorilla, while Bing is still a chimpanzee.

now it seems it is a race between rabbit and turtle. but yes Bing is getting popularity. but Google is now in the leading position of the market. if good long effective strategies are taken by Bing this turtle can be very handy.
