#6 Actively comment and participate in popular blogs that your target audience may have interest in. Many blogs allow your user name to be linked to your website.

#7 Provide a free service. If it is good, people will link to it.

#8 Ask people to link to you. At the bottom of your articles etc, add a note that if they think the article may be helpful to others, please consider linking to it. Make it easy! Tell them how!
