With algorithms going towards authority and age for a website, building websites quickly and selling them off can be quite hard as there aren't as many people in the market looking for 3 month old sites. Two years ago, this industry was amazing. Just recently, it's been a little meh...

Economy been down for almost all industry last few years. But I think a site with some decent revenue would have a sale value.

Website flipping can be a very tedious process that requires some skill. You have to be fast to find out the trend and get a good niche. You must also be quick to develop the site, to put on new content and make it rank well before selling. Like I've said, it's not everybody's game because novices will actually end up losing money instead on the domain purchases.

Well website flipping is a good way to earn but the market is down now and I dont think you can earn as much as you could earn about 2-3 years ago by website flipping....it needs a lot of knowledge and hardwork
