I offer 3 quality links to your site, with control over anchor text and surrounding text, from 2 different sites of my own, from 3 different pages in total. At least one of those pages have PR 3, the other two may vary from 0 to 3. Both sites' home pages are PR 3.

I WANT:

One link back from your site to a third site of mine, different from the ones I'm linking to you. Your link back to me must come from a page with PR 2 or superior that has no more than 3 outward links, preferably mine would be the only outward link in your page.

CONDITIONS:

I will personally review your site for quality. I will not consider you site if it's penalized by Google or if it is violating Google guidelines in any way.

THE PROCESS

If I get back to you with the info described before, that means that I have already uploaded your info on my link tracking system. My system will check your site every day, more precisely the page where you are supposed to place the link back to my 3rd site. Whenever the system finds the complete HTML code I provided in the page it is supposed to be placed, it will activate your links in my sites. This could take up to 24 hours. Your links in our sites will be active as long as my link tracking system keeps finding the proper code in your page. If you provide me with your email address, my system will notify you in the event it cannot find the code. The system will also track your PR. If it ever dropped below the minimum I can accept, it will notify you and ask you to place our link on a different page.

All these hassle is meant to insure that we are making a worthwhile exchange that will be functional both for our site's users and for our PR.
