Default LF Web Hosting Investor(start up)

I am looking for a sleeping/silent investor to help me me upstart and expand my web host. http://SpareHost.com is the basic web host for shared web hosting. The market for that is saturated with web host. I am currently paying for it all out of pocket and while it may not be much, I am seeing a loss because I cant compete.

The server I am looking for is at PheonixNAP a data center in Arizona. The price of $130 per month will cover the cost of the server including cpanel/whm, server management and the cost of WHMCS.

Please PM me for complete details.

After 6 months and my projections the company will be making profit, investor will be re-paid. $130x6= $780. I have worked hard to get a good server and good pricing. I have a small Business plan wrote that I can give to you also. It will list more about plans.

In 6 months if the company is in good standing, You will be re-paid.

Let me know if you are interested or if you have any questions.

I know this is an older post, and consider this to be constructive criticism, but it seems that the investor is taking all of the risk (you're paying them 6 months of service for fronting you money for 6 months of service; as of right now you are not being successful) - and that's as a best case scenario, should your company survive 6 months. As of 4/7/2011, your site isn't loading, so it seems it died sometime shy of 5 months.

In the future, you might want to give some motivation for people to play the role of the angel investor who is to be the "sleeping investor"; although that term made me chuckle. After all, they'd be better off just keeping the money in their wallet as there's a lower risk of their wallet being stolen in 6 months, or for that matter, buying a CD from a local bank, or even a low interest savings account.

Again, not an attack, just something I wanted to point out. It's irrelevant now, but perhaps we can all learn - looking back on things, what would you have done differently that you think would have allowed your company to differentiate itself enough to succeed?

    Well Mr. Young,

Thats because your not looking in the right direction. We have a new name, the old name just kinda died out after a while.

How do I set my self apart from other host, Im the founder, owner, CEO and not afraid to get my hands dirty when it comes to working. I will go 1 on 1 with my clients and potential clients and help as much as I can. I know some companies you can even get the same tech/support person two times if you tried.

Your plans and prices look really great. You realize, I'm sure, that you're are going up against some very large, long-established companies as your competition.

In light of that, one suggestion that I'd make is to very carefully review your site for spelling, capitalization, and grammar errors. There are a number of them and they do hurt your image.
