Thanks for sharing the info.I was aware of some of them.The theoretical world and practical world is becoming very different.The thing we use in our daily work, we remember them and the rest of the thing we forget very easily.These links were there in our book.But they are rarely used.

I wouldn't say these tags are too rare or new to me. It seems like I read about them in 2-4 first lessons at w3schools...

Too many similar tags, like cite seems to look like italics and em(phasis).
I never knew about the optgroup but I've seen it done before and wondered how they did it.
Acronym/Abbreviate is neat, but it's basically the same as putting it in a span ..only you would have to set the border-bottom to dotted.
They forgot the strike tags <strike>striked text</strike>

People commonly use only up-to H3 tag Beyond that is the rare case
