Well, it will cost about $8 for a domain, and maybe $5 for hosting depending on what you need.

Then, you can get free templates from various sources, unless you need a custom thing - that would require skills or money.

Try to ask an individual or a freelance professional web developer... As for my experience they work for lower price...

If you want to do the whole thing for free, then you can check out wordpress and blogger, they are great, as well as Google Knol. If you are interested in any of those 3, Google them.

At no cost.... use myspace...

Hi, no one will do it in free of cost, you have to pay at least some amount. If you are able to do it yourself then you can try.

hmmm if you want to build an independent website then you have to invest some money. Or you can get a free blog from Blogger.

try templates to create a site. its the easiest and the best way to create a site. no language skills is required to build a site. all you need is to buy the templates and build the site. .i got my site build through this method only. this site Tucktail.com provides templates at cheap rates.

find free sources, or try to learning some scripts, that help for me to building my own site.

You have to buy Domain and hosting. For it you may need maximum $20. Then choose a template according to your requirement. And finally try yourself.

Choose a cheap hosting plan (approx $15/year) , buy a domain name (approx $5 for an year).. Install wordpress (easiest CMS) and start posting new pages/posts etc..

So atleast you'll have to spend $18 to start you own website. You'll have to spend 1 day or 2 to understand the functionality of wordpress.

hi, there are many free web hoisting community in the web. you can contact them as you need domain and hosting free.as far as i see, they offer only one year free and after that they charge $10 for your domain and hoisting. if you want totally free website, then you can try wordpress blog with very nice and attractive templates.
