It is when you spam the bot that index the site or your site get indexed fast because of spam.

In computing, spamdexing (also known as search spam, search engine spam, web spam or Search Engine Poisoning)is the deliberate manipulation of search engine indexes. It involves a number of methods, such as repeating unrelated phrases, to manipulate the relevance or prominence of resources indexed in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the indexing system.

It is also know as spamdexing, to increase the ranking in SERP by doing some spamming like keyword stuffing, hiding links, link spam, content spam, etc...

Actually the term is "Spamdexing". It's also refers to the black hat techniques which is incorporated with keyword stuffing, hidden link, cloaking etc and such unethical techniques which index the site faster. So it's a process of indexing sites regarding spam.

Spam indexing refers to practices that are dishonest to increase the ranking of web pages in search engines. There are a number of ways in which spam indexing is done. Spamming of any kind like keyword stuffing, hiding links, cloaking etc is generally termed as spam indexing. Spam Indexing is also referred as "Spamdexing"
