What is Google Page Rank ? and How it calculated ? When page rank will be update ?

Google Page Rank od just PR is a number 0 through 10, which indicates the level of your site relevancy. It used to be the most importnat SEo parameter, but most people believe it has nothing to do with your site positioning these days, i.e. it is almost irrelevant. I wouldn't worry about it.
