Yes I read about Google Panda and i think it is very nice update by Google. Now if you wanna get on top in Google than you only need to do quality work.

Google Panda is very active, Now its successful to find any duplicate content as well as spammy site. The sites that are using black hat is also recognized by Google Panda very easily, so try to use white hat as well as unique content.
