    Default Google purchases cloud photo editing service �Picnik�

    Google made announcement for the acquisition of �Picnik�, which is a cloud-based photo editing service. The company consists of about 20 employees.

    Google will make more people to reach this service and will get to make high impact of this application. The company processes peda-bytes of data each day and it is the best home found with world class team and worldwide infrastructure.

    The features of Picnik are given below:

    � The basic version of Picnik is free, but there is a premium version with more features available for $24.95 a year.

    There are no particular changes for Picnik, but there will be working of the team for new features. They would like to make continuation for supporting the existing Picnik partners, such that they will continue for being able to add the images from other photo sharing websites, do editing for cloud and then sharing it on many networks.

    Google is impressed with the Picnik team and the product created by them. They are excited to welcome them to Google. They are looking forward for close collaboration wit them for improvement of online photo editing experience shared on web. In the meantime, the company is encouraging people to head towards Picnik, import some of your photos from Picasa Web Albums, Flickr or Facebook and try your hand at photo editing in the cloud.

    ^ You mean that will add up to the new features of igoogle. That will be another good news for us. We no longer need to search for a related application. We can just use one source, Google - all the important applications are in there.
