    create a blog or website of your own. put regular update of your site and release new top quality contents in your site. do good seo of your site. have some good amount of traffic. then just apply for google adsense account. then google will visit your site and then will check your site's quality. if they like your site then you get approved.

    and create your account. please put your exact and legal information to create this. if you are from Bangladesh, India, or Pakistan and also some Asian countries then you will get a huge problem in creating the account. and another thing you need a website to create this account. and its must

    you should have a year old blog or website, then apply for the adsense account, after you create you now will wait for some days and google will email you if you are qualified or not....

    As far as I no the only requirement for an Adsense account is to have a website with good quality content, although I could be wrong.
