I don't believe Microsoft have released VB6 as a free application unfortunately . The best I can suggest is downloading their 'Visual Studio Express' suite from http://www.microsoft.com/Express/

This is an express version of their full Visual Studio 2008 development environment.

I dont think there is a free version either. However if you have a friend in places like China or India I am sure they can have you something for $1 or so

that's my assignment. I need to learn visual basic even I'm not fun with programming. huh someone told me that i can find it on rapidshare or torrent but don't know yet how to find it on those site.
