Depending on how exhausting my day was, I would normally sleep 7-8 hours a day. 10 hours onward if I got in bed too late.

6-8 hours is good.
9-10 is a lot better.
Waking-up after a very tiring day is definitely one of the hardest thing to do.

seven hours
7 hours is enough for sleep and suppose if you are so tired in that case 9 hours is enough.

I don't think I can still answer that, of course everyone needs a good sleeping time but not all can have it, what I like to have is a satisfying sleep whether its for more than 5 to 10 hours... a good sleep would be great even its all day.

I know what you mean angeliquish. I am so busy and cannot get even past 6 hours of sleep. However on the weekends it's usually about 16 hours of sleep.
Ahhhhhhhhhhh i love sleep!
