I don't agree with the way you put the purpose of life. We need to combine everything and many roles in our life.

The purpose of life is to pay tax and stay alive for as long as possible haha
On a serious note, I think the purpose of life is to be happy and to achieve your full potential. Most people are not happy, and never achieve their full potential. What a very sad thing, especially since we only get to live once.
