This is where text is disguised from users but readable by search engines, and is generally considered to be a black hat SEO practice, and therefore a bad idea.

I suggests to stop that thing, it will cause your ranking to drop, note search engines are getting smarter nowadays unlike before.

I wouldn't use it. It will do you more harm than good.

Basically hidden text is to change the font color to match the background, leaving it "hidden". It is not "hidden" from the search engines, they'll see it in the code.

Hidden text is the text that is not visible for users but is readable for search engine. If we put some text in no script tag than it will not be visible for users but it will be visible for search engine such type of text is called hidden text.

You shouldn't use it, that's not a good idea for a long run. There are webmasters use this technique to get fast rankings for their keywords through using CSS and the same color coding for font and background.

It is just a black hat technique and there are two ways to use this. First do the text color same to the body color so this becomes unreadable for visitor but stay total readable for the crawlers and in the second way the text area or div disable for the visitors and it will do the same thing.

It is unethical..not to use it..its like foreground and textcolor are same..
