Thread: How many cup of coffees a day

How many cup of coffes or tea do you dink in a day. Well myself i drink from the time i wake up untill I go to sleep sometimes up to 10 cups. How about you

10 cups! thats a lot.

I do only 2, tea.

Me too. About 10 cups of cofee a day, some day even more, I dont count...

Coffee is not good for stomach...So, no coffee and no tea for me...I only drink juices, pineapple is my favorite one!

No good for stomach and for health as well is only what you sonsider to be harmfull. I use to drink coffee in big amount for not less than 15 years and it works well for me.
By the way in my 44 I had appealed to doctors only three times (when I gave a birth) My elder doughter is 19, second is 7 and the youngest is 3 y.o. :Cheer And you say it is harmfull...

Well, my doctors has said a big NO NO for coffee to me...

Anyway you should better ask your organizm, he actually knows better than any doctor. I know that many people will not like my words but I dont care. All my kids also did not meet a doctor!

I quit drinking coffee since I quit smoking... I consumed 3 cups of tea a day.

juices have citric acid and also can be bad if drank to much.

2 glasses per day...I think, it's fine...

How many cups of coffee in a day? depends on how much alcohol I drank the night before. if its:
6 bottle of beer = 1 cup of coffee in the morning
more than that = whole day of sleep
a bottle of whisky/vodka = 1 cup every 2 to 3 hours
a bottle of tequila = declare a no work day

Well, organizm=organism=body
