Thread: Apart from the regular workings in the office, what may be other activities that should be involved.??

I think office workings should be changed on regular basis like the rotation of work at regualr basis, assigning new activities to the employees,and
designing of plans of tour and employee refreshment activities..!!
It will definitely give a boost both in the workings of office and the increase the employees skill level..!!
please share your valuable suggestions ..

There are options in the offices where the management introduces the new concepts like work rotation to enhance their employee skills and responsibility handling..!!
It must be practiced in the office to make a better environment..

Having a flexible working environment can boost flexibility. Companies like Google gives lots of flexibility on the other hand it gives it employees to do work on some creative project on one day in a week. When I was in IBM, they used to celebrate fun Fridays to rejuvenate employees.
