    Default How to Work Efficiently

Few tips on how to work efficiently:

    Don't Multitask
Dont multi-task unless you are a secrtary or have a job like that. Focus on single things. Once that one is done move to another.

    Avoid Distractions
Avoid the urge to check emails, Facebook, and other distractions every 10 minutes.

    Make Small Goals
Make small goal targets. Don't get into anything else until you reach that.

I believe multi-task if you really know what you're doing to save time and energy. I agree FB is a big distraction of today but still depends on how the person will handle it.

I think its also important to keep yourself entertained while you work. For example, I like to listen to music in the background (generally from YouTube). I can't work if its quiet or boring.

I agree about avoiding distraction and if there are not any of them, the work effeciency increases a lot. I know from my own experience.

That true doing multitask can spoil each one if there is lack of concentration and also distraction is first step which can break our concentration which directly lead to mistakes and error and last one i.e targeting big goal are tough to achieve unless and until small goal are not achieved completely.

Thanks a lot for this important sharing.
