    we take care our health by using many type of fruit and office going man may be arrange by self or other.

    - doing exercise every morning

    eat healthy foods, sleep and exercise regularly. i guess that is the basic.

    Be careful in food items.and do not go for worried always be happy.enjoy your life with happiness.I believe worried are disturb your life.

    but really hard to get time for exercise but really exercise is important for a well balanced life....
