Ok, I've had problems with the neighbors over their dogs, after 2 years I finally got them to confine them. Now they have a flock of free range chickens tearing my yard up. Can't fence them out because they can fly over it. Animal Control is useless, he says I can't even shoot a bean shooter at them because it's cruel. Is there anything I can do as a practical matter?
