I'm a girl and i would like my husband to be to propose to me on my birthday at dinner.

I remember a woman who told me her husband proposed to her on the Fourth of July by hiding the wedding ring with food. When the time came to propose he brought out whatever it was and just asked her to marry her. Simple really. It's vague advice to tell you to think of something special so: You can make a movie and play it at a theater showing yourself asking her hand in marriage. You can hide in an oyster and take her diving. Than propose to her at the bottom of the sea. Not really recommended because you could lose the ring in the clam but you get tangents from this idea. But the truth is there is no way to make this perfect. So you should prepare your heart if you are rejected. She may say no. So don't try to hard thinking about how you are going to propose to her, just do it.

Definitely through a romantic meal. Restaurant and all sorts. It HAS to be simple for both you and her, no long lines like "Will you marry me because of [this and that here]". Simplicity is one of the most important keys. Try to do it somewhere she likes to go.

Get roses or what not. If you think of it as a little thing, then it is. Don't make it a big thing, you'll end up getting nervous.
