Mine is English as well. I thought about continuing in Spanish or Portuguese, but now they have phone apps that translate other languages on the fly. You push the button on screen and as it hears a language it will translate it and you can speak into it and it sounds out the words in the other language as well. This way you can communicate with anyone in a major country. Soon every phone will have that capability as well as every other device used to communicate. You can already change languages to other languages on Google Chrome and Firefox I believe. It will get to the point that you really don't have to learn a new language to communicate just fine. You would only do it if you planned on living there, marrying someone speaking that language, or just wanted to. I'm excited because now I can use the upcoming apps to translate for me without hiring a translator and I don't have to learn the languages.
