Thread: Calling Police to Have Subway Sandwich Made Right

A 42-year-old Florida man, Peterson, dialed 911 twice last week so he could have his sub made correctly. He made a second call to complain that officers weren't arriving fast enough.






Subway workers told the police that Peterson became belligerent and yelled when they were fixing his order. They locked him out of the store after he left to call police.


When officers arrived, they tried to calm Peterson and explain the proper use of 911. Those efforts failed, and he was arrested on a charge of making false 911 calls.

I'd definitely do it.

Wow. The dude should have gone to a different store if he didn't like what was happening. Now hes arrested for being stupid.

Maybe the Police can help the man out. Bad service is a crime.

well, I think that I would have probably done the same.... the term "customer is always right" is not always right anymore. people (customers) deserve good service but people (waiters/service providers) also deserve some respect for their jobs.

The next time when something mediocre like this happens to me I will call the cops. If a pizza delivery guys gets late by a minute, I will dial 911, if my drinks is warm I will dial 911, if my food is cold when its supposed to be not, I will dial 911..lol

Agreed, Because this is retarded when someone is trying to make something for someone els and the guy complain. If guy doesn't like it, than he should leave.

911 is not a joke.. they were saving lives and it was just being fool around by a short patience man..

Yeah, not a great use of the emergency services. I suppose that he he should get what he paid for, but being abusive to the people who work their, he got what he deserved, kick out on his behind

I hope he doesn't blacklist Subway and start eating at Burger King.
