Sorry Mit, but the tallest woman is a fraud.
I was curious to know:
Why should a tall woman wear the platformed shoes?
The second picture embarrassed me with the shadow of high women (pay your attention). I started to look in the network. Here is the result.

But if the sun is higher in the sky, shadow could be smaller in size.

Of course. But the matter is not in the length but in the location of shadow. The locations of shadows show us that the girls were photographed separately and then joined together, and the right girl was reduced. the shadow of the left (tall) girl should fall on the face and the top of the right girl, similar like the shadow of her right hand falls. But the face of the right girl as well her top are well lighted. When she has been photographed there was nobody next to her. Her left leg should be fully eclipsed by the shadow of neighbour, but leg is like if it is limelighted. Explicit fake photo.
